Competitors in Quest 3-Star MUST select 3 divisions:
1) Adv or Black Belt Hand Form
2) Adv or Black Belt Short Weapon and
3) Adv or BB (Black Belt) Long Weapon.
3-Star Champions will compete in a separate discipline with only other 3-Star competitors.
You may copmpete in both Regular Chinese Martial Arts Discipline and the 3-Star Discipline.
